I’m Louise and I head up Connected Comms Society.
I have over 20 years working in the world of marketing, communication, people and team development. And along with a small network of associates, we have a ton of experience working in some of the largest, most complex, political and regulated organisations, down to the smallest agencies, charities and educational institutions.
Our journey has evolved over the years.
But what hasn't changed is our purpose and expertise to help organisations succeed through positively connecting with people.
We’ve got a bit clearer in our mission, and now it’s about helping organisations, teams and people perform better.
We do this through creating the right culture in organisations and teams, layering up brilliant internal communication through all levels of the organisation, and developing managers and leaders so that they have the right skills and capabilities now and in the future.

The world around us is changing.
Technology, an evolving workforce, as well as relationships and expectations of our work life is simply different now. We need a different approach. One that focuses more on the how.
Without this approach, we’ll lose brilliant talent, dim down peoples confidence, and be much less creative and innovative to succeed in the future.

We understand that a thriving organisational culture is the cornerstone of success. And what that means to one organisation will be different to another.
Our culture change consulting, support and workplace culture training are designed to align your company's mission, values, behaviors, and practices with your strategic goals. We either work closely with you to assess your current culture, identify areas for improvement, and implement sustainable, measurable changes that foster a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment. Or, provide support, systems and tools to do it with you, or train you to do it yourselves.
Effective communication at all levels of the organisation is essential for growth. It’s easy to think internal communication is simply leadership communication. But that’s a myth - brilliant performance is driven out of every day communication and relationships within teams.
Therefore, we provide internal communication consultancy and internal communications training at a whole and functional level as well as communication training for employees, managers,and leaders.
Great leaders inspire and drive change. And so do managers. We focus on building the capabilities of your leaders at all levels, from emerging managers to senior executives, focusing on how they do their jobs to ensure they are equipped to lead with confidence and competence.
We want junior team members to perform better, be autonomous, creative, and collaborative - but with much of their professional learning so far has been done through a screen, they do not have the confidence or know how to develop further.
In parallel, senior leaders are attending back to back meetings, focusing on the tactical work, and not spending enough time to learn, reflect and make big strategic decisions - all whilst trying to mentor others.
Therefore, we help everyone level up from manager to senior leadership by providing a combination of manager training, manager mentoring and manager coaching, on top of these services for senior leaders.
Although we have tried and tested pathways, we also work with organisations to build customised programmes that can be done in groups or individually that would typically last between 3 - 12 months. Programmes focus on enhancing performance in relation to business strategy and culture.
